I'm not sure what all else would need to be setup to make this happen I don't see why it would be that difficult to have the copier send a scanned document to an email address. It's network settings are correct because I can ping a google IP address and connect to gmail's smtp server, but when I go to scan to this email address it says: "Authentication with the destination has failed. Trying to get this old Ricoh copier to scan to a specific gmail account.
